Notice from the Zen2.0 Secretariat
In light of the spread of the new coronavirus, we have discussed with the venue, Kenchoji Temple in Kita-Kamakura, and have decided to hold Zen2.0 2021 online this year, following last year’s event, in order to prioritize the safety of the speakers, participants, and staff. The greatest attraction of Zen2.0, which has been held since 2017, is the power of the place of Kenchoji Temple.
It is with great regret that we will not be able to meet with you there for the second year in a row, but we will be ready to deliver more attractive programs from Kenchoji this year than last year, when more than 400 people from all over the world participated, so that we can deliver the wisdom of Zen to as many people as possible.
The thoughts and energies that remain inside of us due to the blockage of the corona disaster.
We want to make them blossom and connect with the outside world. With this in mind, the theme for this year’s event is “A NEW EARTH – Space to Flourish”.
This year’s Zen2.0 has been updated with collaborations with Stanford University and Inner Peace Netwark, a partner community in the Netherlands. We look forward to seeing you there!
