Sergio Baietta

Italy. Pianist from Verona. Conductor and composer. Hailed as a child prodigy, he has won numerous competitions. In Japan, he made his debut as a pianist in 2017 at the 45th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Japan and China with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and served as an Ambassador of Peace. He has also given dedication performances at Mt. Koya and Izumo Taisha Shrine, and this year will be his 11th concert in Japan. He is a mindfulness musician who loves Zen, spends his daily life in meditation and yoga, and fuses Eastern and Western arts.
